Jay Billiet is a New York City based full service residential Interior Designer with over 18 years of experience creating luxury interiors.  Skilled in every aspect of the design process from concept to completion, Jay believes that every interior should be functional as well as beautiful, tailored to suit the client’s individual needs and lifestyle.  Pulling inspriation from nature, textiles, and most importanly, from the clients themselves, his designs are classic and timeless, reflecting his commitment to quality and personalized service. 

Born and raised in rural Minnesota, Jay has been a resident of New York City for 29 years and studied Interior Design at The Fashion Institute of Technology.
